My question for you is, what book did you take with you on the trip if any? If you didn’t take a book, then what did you do on the flight over there!?!

Thanks for the question, I brought the book Where Men Win Glory by Jon Krakauer. It is the story of former NFL player Pat Tillman. After 9/11 Tillman joined the Army and walked away from a 3.6 million dollar contract. He was killed in action in Afghanistan and his death was ruled an accident, a result of friendly fire. The book paints an intricate picture of our relationship with the Afghans and is a tragic yet patriotic story.
